The documents, samples and templates contained in our GDPR knowledge pack were created by the authors based on the currently available literature. They serve as an initial assessment of potential problems within the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It should be noted that many of the problems dealt with here have not yet been conclusively clarified, in particular by supreme court judgements, and in some cases no statements have yet been issued by the state data protection authorities, which is why different opinions are held on some points. The authors therefore accept no liability for the correctness and completeness of this document. In particular, it should be noted that each case must be examined separately and does not replace individual legal advice.
